Phone System Time Changes By System Type
NEC IPK II
Clock/Calendar Setting:
- Press the speaker key.
- Dial 728
- Dial two digits for the hour (24 hour clock, 13 = 1:00 PM)
- Dial two digits for the minutes (00~59)
- Press speaker to hang up
NEC PRO II / ELITE / IPK
All changes must be made from the attendant phone:
- Press FNC or FEATURE (depending on your phone)
- Dial 9#
- Enter Hour (2 digits) and Minute (2 digits) via dial pad
- Press RECALL to change AM/PM setting
- Press HOLD to change to calendar setting (press FNC or FEATURE to save and exit
this feature)
- Press RECALL to select Day of the week
- Press # to move the cursor to Day of the Month field
- Enter day of the Month via dial pad
- Press RECALL to select Month
- Press # to move cursor to the Year field
- Enter last two digits of year via dial pad
- Press FNC or FEATURE to save settings and exit
Notes: Press * to move cursor to the left
