All changes must be made from the attendant phone:
- Log into your mailbox
- Enter system administration by pressing 9
- Enter the administration password (79723646)
- Press 2 to change system options
- Press 7 to change system time & date
- Follow the system prompts
- When done hang up

All changes must be made from the attendant phone:
- Press Enter
- Enter the admin mailbox and press enter
- Enter the password and press enter
- At the function screen select option "E", then option "D"
- Enter in the new time
- Press "F1" to save and exit
- Press "ESC" to exit from voicemail
