Time Changes By System Type
NEC MARK II
All changes must be made from the attendant phone:
- Press CNF button
- Dial *
- Dial Hour (Enter 2 digits)
- Press Station DSS button 20; button is on right side of dial pad (2 rows)
- Dial Date (Enter 2 digits)
- Press Station DSS button 20
- Dial Month
- Press line button 1 = Jan, 2 = Feb, 3 = March etc.
- Press Station DSS button 20
- Dial Year (Enter 2 digits)
- Press ANS button to Enter
Notes: If only time is to be changed, presss ANS button to Enter
NEC 8 / 24
All changes must be made from the attendant phone:
- Press FNC button
- Dial 9
- Dial #
- Press RECALL to change AM/PM setting
- Press HOLD to change to calendar setting
Notes: Press # and * to move cursor to the desired item to change
NEC 16 / 48
All changes must be made from the attendant phone:
- Press On / Off button or pick up the handset
- Press ICM button
- Dial "74"
- Enter hour (2 digits) and Minute (2 digits) via dial pad
- To enter AM / PM setting (# = AM * = PM)
- To enter day of the week press "#" press "*" until desired day is reached (Exp:
"*" 5 times = Friday)
- To enter the month press "#" press "*" until desired month is reached (Exp: "*"
6 times = June)
- To enter date press "#" and enter date via dial pad
- To enter year press "#" and enter year via dial pad
- Press "#"
- Press ICM
- Press On / Off or restore handset
Notes: Leap year is automatically calculated. Pressing Hold button during programming
will input all data. Pressing ICM button while in hour or minute mode will skip
other modes.
