At Atel Communications we don’t just take service cost, we ask our customers what they are trying to accomplish and help them with solutions. We always call to verify after the tech person’s lead that you are satisfied with the work that they did or we will send them back, you don’t have to reach out to us and we reach out to you to check on it.
Our computerized paper list offers a higher level of support and our technicians can be dispatched from the field so that is faster. We actually take a look at what makes the businesses money and help them with communications around that. When customers call us and they want something we actually look at their entire business and try to think about what is this person asking for and how does it apply to their business. This way we can ensure that our customers are always satisfied.
