In retail, they say everything has to do with location, location, location.
Well, I’m happy to report that my “boss-man” has built his reputation through 25 years in business on, drum-roll please, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not to mention offering superior NEC products and all that jazz...
But really, what better testament can be given to a business than to have a long-time client tell a sniping competitor of ours, “I’m set with my good friend who owns ATEL. He's been taking good care of me for years.”
Slam! Can’t blame a poor guy working with a lesser-brand for reaching out and trying to drum up some new business for himself, but as we see, attempting to usurp ATEL’s customers isn’t going get you far.
Oh, and in addition to this, ATEL received a referral from an existing customer just today! The referral is for Telco services, so it’s important to keep in mind that not only do we design and install telecommunication systems, we also offer IT services, cabling, and Telco.
In the quality of customer service, ATEL is the Nordstrom of Telecommunications. In terms of price, we're closer to Marshall's! The only thing we don’t carry is shoes…WHAT? Excuse me while I pay a little visit to the boss-man.
